Returning cheer must attend registration in full uniform, if a new uniform needs to be purchased, you will be informed by OPW at the time

$15 off 2nd child,
$10 off each additional child/children
OPW has a NO REFUND policy.
Full or Partial payments can be made online or at any walk-in registration in the form of cashier's check or money order.
Credit and Debit Cards WILL be accepted at the walk-in registration dates as well.
An initial payment of $100.00 is due at the time of registration.
Full payment must be received by July 27th.

May 4th (Final date for registration / initial paperwork turn-in)
Note:
Registration is NOT complete until both the parent & participant attends one of the in-person paperwork turn-in dates, regardless of whether you made a full or partial payment online.
What to bring:
- 2 copies of your child's birth certificate
- 2 copies of most recent report card
All players will be placed in the lowest division possible based on age and weight. If on August 1st, 2013 a player is 4 lbs. over the maximum weight for the division they are in, they will be immediately moved to the appropriate division or a waiver must be signed.

Every participant must make a minimum $100 payment.
